Where can I find a Crave Popcorn Co. store?

Our store is located at Lakeside Market Shopping Center
on Preston Road just south of Spring Creek Pkwy.

What are your store hours?

Monday through Saturday 10am to 6pm
Sunday - CLOSED

What are your sizes for bagged popcorn?

How are my orders shipped?

Crave Popcorn Co. ships with USPS. 
Traditional gift cards are delivered via US Postal Service First Class Mail.
 
Can I track my order?

We will email a USPS tracking number when your order is shipped. 
 
When do you ship?

Packages are shipped Monday through Friday only, except holidays. We ship up to 24 hours after you have placed your order (often same day). Weekend orders are commonly shipped Monday. 
 
Can I change or cancel my order?

Crave Popcorn Co. does not allow cancellations and/or changes to an order once it has shipped. If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us at (972) 608-9900 or info@cravepopcornco.com within 3 hours of the order being placed. No cancellations or changes will be accepted after 3 hours of order being placed.
 
How can I keep my popcorn fresh?

Do not open your popcorn until you are ready to enjoy it.
Once opened, store your popcorn in an air tight container.
When popcorn is exposed to high temperatures and humidity it will lose its freshness.
Do not refrigerate, freeze, or reheat popcorn.

What is your return policy?

Because our popcorn is perishable, we do not accept any returns. We only ship popcorn that is fresh. Every order is popped in small batches and ships within 48 hours. 
 
How much popcorn do I need for a popcorn bar?

A typical person will consume about 2-4 cups of popcorn at a social event. We recommend 400 to 600 cups total for popcorn bars at events with 200 or more guests. For smaller events with 50 to 100 guests, 200 to 300 cups are recommended. Please place your order 2 to 3 days prior to your event.
 
Is your popcorn gluten free?

Our popcorn is gluten free with the exception of Puppy Chow and White Chocolate Oreo.

Our popcorn is produced in kitchens that also process peanuts, tree nuts, milk and soy.
