How are my orders shipped?
Crave Popcorn Co. ships exclusively with UPS.
Traditional gift cards are delivered via US Postal Service First Class Mail.
Can I track my order?
We will email a UPS tracking number when your order is shipped.
When do you ship?
Packages are shipped Monday through Friday only, except holidays. We ship up to 24 hours after you have placed your order (often same day). Weekend orders are commonly shipped Monday.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Crave Popcorn Co. does not allow cancellations and/or changes to an order once it has shipped. If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us at (972) 608-9900 or firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 hours of the order being placed. No cancellations or changes will be accepted after 3 hours of order being placed.
How can I keep my popcorn fresh?
Do not open your popcorn until you are ready to enjoy it.
Once opened, store your popcorn in an air tight container.
When popcorn is exposed to high temperatures and humidity it will lose its freshness.
Do not refrigerate, freeze, or reheat popcorn.
What is your return policy?
Because our popcorn is perishable, we do not accept any returns. We only ship popcorn that is fresh. Every order is popped in small batches and ships within 48 hours.
